Jared Adams (art director)
Here’s the fella who makes those pretty pictures. It’s Jared Adams, our art director and designer.
Jared began a life in art very, very early on. We won’t mention the time during his baby years when he took findings from his diaper and drew what he called a picture of the Mona Lisa on the floor of a family restaurant. No, we’ll skip to his freshman year in high school when he and his fellow students wanted to go off campus for lunch as the juniors and seniors did. With extreme skill and precision, Jared designed and created false identification for his freshman friends and—maybe we’ll skip this story, too.
Among Jared’s professional work, he was lead designer at the graphic design firm Curran & Connors; he’s designed for several magazines, including The Metro in San Jose; he was also co-founder and art director/designer of The Scene, a monthly arts and entertainment magazine, and was a co-creator and graphic designer on “The Scene TV,” an arts and entertainment television show.
Jared offered his art talent for the creation of several reports for large companies such as Lions Gate Films, Activision (the game publisher) and Wynn Resorts. He’s also designed many websites, including a site for Lions Gate Films.
Additionally, Jared is a very skilled video editor. His work has been hailed among the business community.
Jared studied Graphic Design at the Academy of Art College in San Francisco, and at San Francisco State University. And he further developed his craft at various companies before landing a home at Nappic Communications.
As a child and a teenager, Jared showed family and friends that art comes naturally to him. Today at Nappic Communications, Jared incorporates his talent skillfully—and responsibly—into all of his work.
