Our Process
Stage 1: Your Brand
If we don’t create your company’s Brand, we look at your current Brand, your story behind your Brand, your vision, your mission and your values, and we make sure that they’re solid and long-term-minded. We then create and maintain your new identity system (business card, letterhead and envelope).
Stage 2: Your Message
Once your company’s Brand is solid, we can then create the Message that will support it. Your Message is your company’s business communications, including, but not limited to:
1. Internal tools such as training or incentive videos, company handbooks and/or any other tools that communicate your company’s Brand to the employees that drive your business;
2. External tools such as a website, brochures and/or any other tools that communicate your company’s Brand to consumers interested in your business.
Stage 3: Your Voice
With a well-built Message in place, our next goal is to spread the word about your company’s Brand. You want to get as many consumers and potential employees as possible to look at your Brand. You want them to learn more about your company’s Brand through your Message. And you want them to buy your product or service. In Stage 3, we’ll create and maintain all of your company’s Public Relations and Advertising needs.
The importance of order
For the greatest results, your company must complete each stage of our three-stage process, and your company must complete the process in order. If your company doesn’t have a solid foundation (your Brand), then you’re taking a huge risk building your house (your Message). You can’t properly communicate (your Voice) with the masses if you don’t have a strong Message and a solid Brand.
